She loves to see customers get excited about their new purchases, whether it is a person buying a first piece of new furniture, or a couple selecting furniture and bedding to fill their new home. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys gardening and swimming in the summer. During the winter, you will find her curled up with a blanket and book, or baking sweat treats for her grandchildren.

Furniture & Mattress Sales Specialist

Dave began his career with Bitter Neumann in 1994 as an Appliance Sales Specialist, and currently works as a Furniture Sales Specialist. Dave enjoys helping customers select items to fill their needs and building relationships with customers in the process. He loves seeing customers come back into the store for additional items, so he may help them make their house into a home. Over the years, Dave has built solid friendships with many of his co-workers. When not at work, Dave enjoys taking roads trips, his favorite being to Branson, Missouri. He loves country music, funny movies, festivals and home improvement projects. Home decorating has always been one of Dave’s passions.

Kelly S.
Furniture & Mattress Sales Specialist / Accessories Buyer

Kelly has been helping Bitter Neumann customers since 2000 as a sales specialist and in customer service. Recently, she added home accessory buying to her job title. Kelly’s favorite part about her job is watching the perfect room come to completion with the perfect fabric combinations and addition of complementary accessories. She also enjoys setting up showroom displays. Kelly really loves working for Bitter Neumann because it is a family owned business that values its employees and puts customer satisfaction first. Outside of work, Kelly and her family enjoy dirt track racing, go-karts, and four-wheeling. She spends lots of time attending her kids’ sporting events, and of course, loves redecorating her house when she finds something new.

Sandy S.
Furniture & Mattress Sales Specialist

Sandy brought her high-energy personality to Bitter Neumann in 2017, with more than 20 years of sales experience. She loves helping customers find furniture and accessories that will complement their homes. She enjoys playing with fabric combinations and sharing with customers how to add some "punch" to their décor. She prides herself on providing an honest, no-pressure shopping experience. When Sandy is not working, she loves to travel and experience new adventures with her husband. She also spends much of her downtime gardening, hiking, cooking, baking and trying new dining spots. She also repurposes old items she finds in her basement. Spending time with her 3-year-old grandson gives her all the extra excitement she needs!

Furniture & Mattress Sales Specialist

Joining us in early 2021 with 19 years of retail sales experience in men’s clothing, Thinh looks forward to bringing his expertise to Bitter Neumann with his positive attitude, customer-driven focus and color coordination skills. Thinh’s favorite part of working at Bitter Neumann is providing customers a professional furniture consultation and presenting color options for their home. He is also blessed to work with all of his amazing, supportive team members. When he is not at work, Thinh enjoys dancing to various types of music (except for country music); developing his technology skills; and being kind to people. Each and every day, he tries to make a positive impact in someone’s life because you could be the "Superman" someone is looking for.
