Cindy is a staple of the Bitter Neumann work family. A dedicated employee since 1983, Cindy likes the team of people here and enjoys working with all of her co-workers. Her favorite part of the job is when she successfully meets the goals she sets for herself for the day. When she’s not diligently working at Bitter Neumann, Cindy spends time with family and friends, enjoying activities like snowmobiling, boating, riding an ATV and walking her dog – all activities that bring her family together. She also loves beach time, working out and taking motorcycle trips.

Administrative Assistant

Joining the Bitter Neumann family of employees near the end of 2022, Rachel enjoys the organized work environment in the Business Office and at the front desk. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves attending concerts and listening to any type of live music.

Ashley R.
Purchasing & Merchandising Coordinator

As a member of the family’s fifth generation in the business, Ashley has held many job titles at Bitter Neumann, including child TV commercial actress! Having worked in a variety of departments in the store and earning her college degree in 2022, her favorite part of working at her family’s business is the people – both her family of co-workers and the great customers. Ashley has her sights set on the future, working with fellow employees to make Bitter Neumann an even better place to work and shop. She appreciates all those who choose to shop locally, and she is honored to be a part of a business that has served the community for more than 100 years! When not working, Ashley enjoys traveling to new places, improving her golf game, decorating her home, and most of all, spending quality time with her family and friends.

Marketing Manager

Since 2016, Jackie has been coordinating the marketing activities for both Bitter Neumann store locations. With more than 15 years of advertising and marketing experience on the sales side, she now enjoys being on the decision-making side. Creating new marketing concepts and figuring out how to best connect with the local community is interesting to her as more shoppers look to their smart devices to research and shop. Outside of work, she pretends to have a green thumb in her garden. She also enjoys cheering on her two sons at their junior drag racing events and watching her younger daughter grow up.

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Vicki joins the Bitter Neumann family with more 35 years’ experience of providing superior customer service to business clients and customers. She most enjoys her daily interaction with customers and likes that no two workdays are the same. In her personal time, Vicki spends time playing with her two shelties, Jordy and Rumor. She also loves to shop for home accessories and decorate her home.
