Purchased this cover for my Broil King Signet BBQ last spring. Well constructed. Flexible with a soft lining. Fits perfectly. Glad I purchased a Broil King cover and not a cheaper brand.

I havent purchased a cover yet but I was on Lowes website and the Broil King covers Lowes have have BLUE STITCHING all around them. My question is if I order a new cover from Brol King will it be the NEW AND IMPROVED COVER with the blue stitching and improved handles? Thank you very much.

I purchased this cover after my old one started ripping in multiple places. This new broil King cover is much sturdier and didnt even blow off in a recent wind storm. I would highly recommend this product.

I replaced the lighter weight cover for my Broil King Signet with this heavy duty one and my barbecue weathered a Canadian winter in better shape. There was hardly any moisture ingress in the thermometer and very little between the grill cover and this cover when I took the latter off for the first time. That was a decidedly better performance than I had with the lightweight cover. The premium heavy during cover is well worth the extra money.

I love the BBQ Baron 440 but the cover quality was sub-standard. Not only did the cover become very dried out and rigid after a year or so but the handle material and handle stitching are very poor quality and dont stand up to winter. One handle ripped right off on our second winter...was just brittle. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common problem with these covers. That is too bad as Broil-King otherwise makes great products. I would expect a cover that is almost $100 to last longer than a few years.

Like others I am very disappointed in this cover. The handles on mine ripped off very quickly which was disappointing. One year warranty or not handles should not be ripping off. A design so simple shouldnt be having warranty issues whatsoever.

However I spent quite a bit of money on the cover from my grill retailer to ensure it was protected. When I went out to take the cover off the right handle popped off in my hand. After reading the reviews I guess there are several others experiencing the same problem Our Canadian winters are harsh but for the money I expected this cover to hold up when used in freezing temperatures. The heavy rubber handles were actually an attractive feature of this cover especially when there is a bit of light snow on the cover.

I love my Baron 420 and want to protect it so that it will last a long while. But if the cover is not water proof or the handle break off it doesnt give me a sense of security. As a consumer who was considering spending the extra dollars for the Broil King cover for my new Baron S490 I am discouraged from doing this. Has Broil King made steps to fix the problem of the manufacture these handles?

Id recommend my Broil King BBQ forever great solid product. However I spent quite a bit of money on the cover to ensure it was protected. Went out this evening to pull the cover and clean the grill and the handle popped off in my hand. After reading the reviews I guess Im not the only one so that makes it a bit better. We had a bit of a crazy winter so maybe thats what led to this however I remain disappointed wtih the purchase. The handles made it super easy to cover back up part of the reason I liked it until now.
