We bought this dryer a month ago and it has been doing a great job. We changed from electric to gas and one of the best decisions ever. Much more economical and one of the best performing dryers we've ever owned (probably the sixth one over a 40 year period).

I purchased this dryer a month ago and it works wonderful. The drop down door is great to fold clothes on and the drum light helps find wayward socks. The only unfortunate item is the way they measured the dryer. The handle on the door is out such that the dryer did not fit through the door frame. I knew I needed to remove the basement door but we ended removing half the door frame because of the dryer door handle. The product is wonderful but make sure you have at least an extra 2-inches more than what the specs state for size.

We bought this dryer about a month ago. The whole experience was easy from start to finish. Purchasing online and getting professional installation was hassle free and very reasonable. The dryer itself is excellent. The energy efficient option is wonderful as well as the wrinkle guard option. The dryer is quiet and so easy to use. I would definitely recommend this product, as well as, the professional installation option.

I am very disappointed in the steam feature. I was looking forward to wrinkle free clothes. The steam element does not seem to work at all. I take my clothes out as soon as signal goes off but they are still wrinkled. The operating knobs are also very hard to turn and I'm sure they will break first and not last long.

Our first Whirlpool dryer lasted 20 years. This one is great because for the price you also get the Steam feature and it works great. The dryer also dries clothing faster. Great dryer overall.

I am thrilled with the dryer. One does not need an engineering degree to figure out the settings and dryes with the anticipated results. Love the light in the dryer. Steam setting is great, just remember to set the heat temp to HOT. People have commented about the door being difficult; however, I have experience no issue with the door. I purchased it during a super sale, which is another reason I'm thrilled. Previous Whirlpool lasted 25 years.

The first dryer they installed did not work correctly. The Steam Refresh left the clothing completely soaked. When I tried to dry it with the auto-dry all I got was a loud stretch. They replaced it with another with no problem, this one is working great. Dries the clothes a lot quicker than my old one.

I bought this dryer about 3 weeks ago and love it. Not many have door that opens down making a shelf like this on, it is really nice to set the clothes on it and then push them in as well as pull them out when finished onto the door to pick up and fold. It does a great job of drying the clothes and I look forward to trying the steam refresh feature.

After a lot of research I finally got to buying this machine and it was the best decision I made it runs very quiet and the steam refresh option is Awesome...I would recommend this to anyone who is in the market for a new dryer it does not have all the bells and whistles that other machines have but I am satisfied with this they say that old is gold....

This dryer fits our king size comforters which is what we wanted. However, on the energy saving setting and medium heat anything we put in the dryer still comes out sort of damp. It's that sort of cold, is it still wet or not? type of damp.
When we wash pillows even if I run it through the cycle on high heat they still come out damp so they have to air dry. It may be that this is a different type of dryer than I'm used to but I've never used the steam refresh option and our clothes never come out warm, even when I pull them out right after the timer goes off.

We purchased this dryer to replace our 32 yr. old Maytag. This dryer dries clothes faster and love the AccuDry sensor setting! We hadn't hooked up the water for the mist dry yet. Our Maytag had a swing open door but really love this drop down door. I would definitely purchase this one again. What I do miss about the Maytag dryer is the lint screen was inside the door ledge. Much easier to clean, but I am slowly getting use to top filter design. I would highly recommend this dryer, you won't be disappointed.

NEEDED A REASONABLY PRICE DRYER FOR OUR HOME AND THIS DRYER "FIT" THE BILL. WE HAVE A LAUNDRY "CLOSET" AREA IN OUR HOME THAT A FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER WOULD FIT WITH THE DOOR CLOSED.
