The board on my free-standing range needed replacing. One visit to determine the problem and another visit to fix. Bitter Neuman schedules the repair for morning or afternoon and sends a text when on the way. The repair person is knowledgeable and experienced. Trustworthy. He answers all my questions and has helpful advice for successful appliance operation. Bitter Neuman repair department is well-organized and does the job efficiently and timely. They fulfill the promise they make.

The service and experience was fantastic! Let's face it, there's really only two ways to buy appliances - pre-planned and during an emergency! I have shopped at Bitter Neumann for 2 Living Room chairs, a crystal cabinet to keep my crystal safe and viewable, a Stove, Refrigerator, A Microwave (and they installed it over my stove) and this time a Washer & Dryer (a gift from my Brother-in-Law & Nephew-in-Law) delivered and installed in my Condo small laundry area. The guys were fantastic! It was done so quickly I asked if it's ready to use or if I had to get someone to finish installing it ... after a hesitation they said it's READY TO USE! Bitter Neumann services what they sell and stand behind their products. If you HAVEN'T shopped at Bitter Neumann in Sheboygan ask yourself why not because you are missing out on a truly pain free experience and some really nice people from the store reps. to delivery folks, something you don't experience much anymore! (Maybe I'll bump into you there sometime!)

The sales staff (I was helped by Curtis) were very helpful, friendly and efficient, including the gal behind the desk at check-out (sorry, I don’t remember her name but she was so cheerful). Curtis provided information on several refrigerator models and managed to squeeze in my delivery the next day. Wonderful news! I knew I wanted a Frigidaire Professional and Bitter Neumann had several in stock, unlike other appliance stores and big box stores I had visited. The delivery team (Justin and Rick) arrived on time and were very careful with the install. My husband had previously removed the doors, which they both appreciated. We had a pleasant conversation, and in no time, my refrigerator was set in place, and hooked up. They promptly removed our old refrigerator and assured me that if I had any problems, to call, and one of their service techs would stop in. We love the look of this Frigidaire and were surprised to discover it has dual ice makers! I will definitely shop here again. Thank you Justin, Rick and Curtis!

They have huge selection of stoves/ranges, I was impressed with the variety of features that are now available to buyers. Air fryers in the oven, tap the oven door 2x to turn the oven light on, rapid boil burners, & so so much more! I live in Sheboygan but visited store in Manitowoc. First looked at items on floor didn't really have what I wanted. Salesman directed me to damaged/dent, etc. appliances which were right up my alley. The dent was in an area not that noticeable, price was fair, and it was for a rental unit. We had placed an order with Home Depot for a refrigerator. They promised delivery on a certain date and the order was never processed therefore we were never scheduled a delivery like they promised. We called Bitter Neumann, ordered the same refrigerator and they were able to deliver it the next day. We've used them a number of times over the years. Their salespeople have always been knowledgeable. Their delivery people work for them and are not outsourced. I have a 20 year old stcked washer/dryer. In mid-load the dryer stopped heating. I knew they would need to order a part. I contacted Bitter Newmann on a Thursday. On Monday their repairman came and had the dryer heating again that afternoon. He also cleaned out the parts of the dryer where lint gets stuck but the user cannot reach even with a long brush. Also changed the belt which he had in his truck. I am elated with the service. I've been a customer for many years and will continue to be.

We needed a new stove to replace a 16 year old Maytag. I wanted a convection oven for baking. Our salesman was knowledgeable and walked us through the features of different models. We picked a Frigidaire Gallery stove with an induction cooktop. We purchased it on sale and got over $200 worth of rebates. We've had it for a month and our very happy with the induction cook top and the convection oven. It also has the air fry feature which we've used 3 times. We don't usually eat a lot of fried foods so this isn't an important feature for us. I made mashed potatoes for 20 + people for Thanksgiving and they were prepped and mashed in a little over an hour. That was amazing! Looking forward to hosting Christmas Day with the new stove.

Free delivery and removal a definite plus. They held my appliances until my kitchen remodel was ready for delivery. I had priced appliances at other big boxes and Jason at BN came in very competitively - not only that, but because I had a special sized refrigerator which would have taken weeks anywhere else, he was able to not only get it in stock quickly but then delivered within a couple of days. Shopping was a breeze - I was left alone while I compared the appliances I wanted to look at, but when I was ready for a little help the sales staff helped me choose a scratch & dent item for an even better price. They also helped me look at different features I hadn't been factoring into my decision. I'm glad to say I'm happy I made the choice I did based on what sales staff brought up.I'm also glad I chose delivery and installation. I was told upfront what I needed to have at the house for the installation of both the water line for the fridge and the gas line for the dryer. Delivery staff were great - personable, friendly, and professional. A new gas shutoff was required and they handled it no questions asked. They changed the dryer door configuration for me at their suggestion for my ease, and offered insight into other appliances that were previously installed in my new home. I would definitely go to Bitter Neumann for future purchases!

Our new stove was set for delivery and we were notified by the delivery personnel they would arrive in about 30 minutes which they did. They courteously and promptly brought the appliance in the house and installed it completely which included new gas line and checking for level on the stove top. After going over some of the operations of the new one they left by removing our old stove. Very satisfied!

Purchased a Frigidaire Gallery gas range. The sales person was extremely good to work with and knowledgeable, the delivery guys were friendly and prompt (no extra charge to go up a flight of stairs to kitchen). We noticed a minor scratch on one of the handles (must have happened in the box) - one call and they were out to replace the handle in less than a week. I would highly recommend Bitter Neumann.

Spent months researching mattresses before purchasing one at Bitter Nuemann. The price was competitive with every other store and they delivered and removed the old one at no cost. The best part of the experience was learning everything there is to know about mattresses and support from our salesman Jonathan. Just the BEST! It was our first time remodeling a kitchen and Bitter Newmann couldn’t have been better. From our error on ordering the wrong range, to them ordering appliances not in store for us and right down to the worst headache of delivery and installation day these guys and gals worked their magic to make me happy. They are truly full service. I advise using their guys for install (so much easier). Every catastrophe I had, they were there to bail me out. I can’t say enough good about Bitter Newmann. Dan (the manager) is the hardest working and nicest man you’ll meet and all of my future business will always be with them. (If they’ll have me). Needed to replace a small refrigerator because the last one I got 15 years ago finally stopped working. They have a small but good selection; better than most places in town. Prices were a little higher than other sellers but the quality of their merchandise has been very good in the past. My husband and I went in to purchase a over the range microwave. I had done all my research and so did my husband (set up, size, color, what we want vs what we need). We went to Bitter Neumann first and found three. I did walk out and go to two more stores to compare and price check. I was please to find out that Bitter Neumann had the best model and best price. Customer Service was excellent, actually it was very fun. We were all joking around! The microwave I wanted was in stock and my husband and I had it loaded and took it home. They were the best team ever! They were professional, courteous, and knew what they were doing. They installed my front loaders that I moved up to Manitowoc with, and were finished within 20 minutes. The other two places I called in Manitowoc either refused to do the job, and we're going to charge me twice the amount BN did, or were clueless as to even know how to stack my machines, and slide them into place. I can't say enough praise about the stellar customer service I received from Bitter Neumann. I will recommend them to anyone, and will go there before anywhere else because of today's performance. An outstanding local small town business with great leadership and people who care about you, your home decor, and appliance choices. They have an excellent staff, courteous sales people, and extraordinary parts department. I have and will continue to shop here. As for my friends and family, I would highly recommend Bitter Neumann.
