DELIVERY SERVICES

When you purchase from Bitter Neumann, you get so much more than the product in your home. Our experienced delivery and installation team members live right here in in the area and are on our payroll, which means an excellent delivery experience for you! Upon completion of your item(s) selection and purchase, you have the option to take the item(s) along with you right away (if in stock), pick them up at a later date, or take that burden off of yourself and have our delivery and installation crew carefully deliver them to your home, place them, and install them right where you want. We also safely haul away your old items, included in our delivery service!

We provide delivery in eastern Wisconsin to our Local Delivery Area, Non-Local Delivery Area, and Door County/Green Bay Area. Please click on the maps below to check if your delivery destination is included in one of these areas. If not, we do NOT ship our items and cannot deliver them to you. Pickup by the customer at either store location (Sheboygan or Manitowoc) is still an option.

INSTALLATION SERVICES

Some appliances and furniture require a more complex installation, like over-the-range microwaves, vent hoods, wall ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, and headboards. Our delivery teams are experienced in providing these installations. Because they are a little more laborius, extra fees apply.

Some things to keep in mind as you make your purchase and prepare for delivery and installation:

Please ensure the area into the home, through passageways and in the area the items are to be placed is free from clutter and obstacles. This will make delivery and installation a lot smoother and decrease the opportunity for damage to property and to your purchase.
Basic installation fees are listed here. Extra materials and/or labor are subject to additional charges. Talk with your sales specialist for details.
Our delivery & installation team will NOT hook up new appliances to old cords or hoses on dryers, ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, or washers.
Dishwasher installations are completed by Kimme Plumbing. Kimme does its best to complete installations the same day as delivery, but exceptions do occur.
Included haul away of old furniture items is equal to the number of “seats” being delivered (i.e., couch and chair purchase equals four seats to be hauled away, such as an old couch and chair or two loveseats). Haul away of additional items incur an extra fee. Talk with your sales specialist for details.
Communicate any special circumstances surrounding your delivery and installation with your sales specialist prior to delivery day, so we may plan accordingly for a smooth and efficient delivery and installation.
