Joining the Warehouse & Delivery Team in summer of 2023, LaRoy enjoys unpacking new product as it arrives to the warehouse and hopping on the delivery truck when needed to deliver and install new appliances, furniture and mattresses in customers' homes. One of the perks of his job is chilling with Bitter Neumann’s store dog and mascot, Kobe. Outside of work, LaRoy teaches dance and especially loves Latin dancing. He also takes joy in carpentry, biking and weightlifting.

Delivery & Installation Technician

Since 2008, Matt has been delivering and installing appliances and furniture for Bitter Neumann customers. He appreciates the family atmosphere that Bitter Neumann cultivates, and he enjoys seeing how happy customers are once their new items have been delivered and installed. His job responsibilities afford him the opportunity to see a variety of home styles every day. He spends his free time with family and attending sporting events. He also likes to unwind at the local softball diamonds with his friends.

With seven years in the delivery and moving industry, Chris has been with Bitter Neumann since the beginning of 2019. He enjoys being a part of a well-organized team of delivery associates. Outside of work, he spends time with his kids and also likes to see bands, plays and movies.

Dispatch Manager / Delivery & Installation Technician

As part of the fifth generation of the Bitter Neumann family, working with the business since 2014, Justin enjoys the family atmosphere the most. The willingness of both owners to work around schedules is also important to him. His job allows him to see the countryside in between delivery locations, which he loves. When Justin isn't inside a delivery truck or customer's home, he likes to be outdoors, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and golfing. He also likes to work around his home, play with his dog Nala, and spend time with friends.

Coming from a big family farm where members worked together side by side every day, "Turbo" appreciates that as a family-owned business, Bitter Neumann supports the idea of “family” and shares the same core values as his family’s business had, providing a great service to the community. From the first day on the job, Turbo says Bitter Neumann felt like family to him. The most special part of his job is the chance to help strangers protect their investment and seeing their smiles and appreciation once their items have been delivered and installed. When Turbo isn’t giving his best at work, he most enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. He loves the Sheboygan area and is so happy to have found Bitter Neumann.
