We needed to replace a small one piece WD unit 14 years old and picked the Electrolux after looking at GE, W and LG product laundry centers (stackable already) that ~1. Had to fit2. Had to have 'reversible' Washer and Dryer doors.3. Had to have all of the modern features we wanted and some premium features above and beyond.Experience so far, excellent.

We assumed we would just buy another stackable washer/dryer unit. However after seeing the upgrades and multiple options available on the Electrolux Laundry Tower Single Unit, Front Load 4.5 Cu. Ft. unit and 8 Cu. Ft. electric dryer, we were sold. The unit does not disappoint. We are extremely pleased with the options and performance!

Loving the extra space in my laundry room. So far so good I had top of the line Maytag XL set washer quit working almost 5 years to the day of purchase. My new set actually seems to be cleaning better and doesn™™t take near as long to complete. Nice looking set also!

We replaced our LG stack washer and dryer with this tower because of some of the specific features. The more powerful pump, the controls all located in the center, the fully reversible doors with a slimmer profile than some - and the machine really delivers! We no longer have to rinse loads multiple times, and the deeper unit seems to provide better balanced loads, too. The only complaint is that the chime at the end of the cycles is faint, and there is no way to turn up the volume. We also had a mess due to a siphoning issue when we first installed this machine due to the more powerful pump - a heads up about the pipe diameter transition would have been appreciated. The reason why our rating is SO LOW is because the customer service experience with Electrolux directly was SO BAD. We ordered directly from Electrolux originally, and we used their calendar to schedule delivery. The calendar offered dates without any consideration of whether or not there was stock, so this was a complete fail. Our attempts to get follow up information were maddening and stretched over several days. Finally someone gave us the bad news that not only was there no stock, all upcoming stock was earmarked. By this time, we were out of laundry services in our services for close to three weeks. We cancelled the Electrolux order. By chance we managed to snag this unit from a local big box store instead, even with low inventory. I suggest if you are interested in this item, you do the same.All said, this unit is ideal for tight spaces and short people / children will appreciate the easier to reach controls than a stack provides (dryer controls end up on the tippy top). We're really pleased with the unit, but strongly suggest your source one anywhere BUT from Electrolux directly. The reason why we cannot give

Hurricane Helene took out our previous W&D unit... Found this one online and love that "The LUX Tower" saves precious floor space and does not compromise the load size it is capable of thoroughly washing & drying. The smart load sensing feature is great and it quietly cleans! The control panel is also very intuitive to use. Very happy with this purchase!

Only used our new laundry tower a few times so far. So still getting to know what it can do. This unit the door opened on the left side which was critical for our space. The settings seem pretty easy to figure out. So I like that. I was worried it would be too low to the ground but it isn't so really like that too. Excited to try out the features.

I was pleasantly surprised by this laundry tower, it is quiet, has many options, and cleans clothes well. I like that it can use pods and reg. detergent and uses different wells to put them in. The only thing I wish is the the end of cycle buzzer was louder or at least have the ability to change the volume.

I was apprehensive about buying a wash tower. I don't know why but it seemed better for me to buy the washer and dryer seperately. After using the machine for 2 weeks all my doubts are gone. The first thing that was noticed was the soap doesn't streak on my clothes. Then I realized I am using a lot less soap to get my clothes cleaner. There is a cycle on the wash that lets you max spin. When drying it takes a lot less time when i'm able to use this. Also , I enjoy there not being any knobs to break. It is all touch screen. Very quiet machine. Very big washer and dryer. They work great and our family loves it. Thank you Electrolux for changing my mind!!!

Have been using for ~2 weeks, love it so far. Really like all of the options for washing and both the washer and dryer are HUGE compared to my old stacked machines in my studio apartment. I can wash a queen size fuzzy blanket no problem. I also like that the detergent, no matter if pod, liquid, etc. all goes in through the dispenser drawer, which is rinsed out by the machine so the detergent dispenser drawer does not get gross over time with detergent. Quiet enough too and looks very sleek!

We converted a bathroom closet into a washer dryer space. The Electrolux stacking washer dryer unit fits well into the space. It is similar in capacity to our older, full sized set. The system is quiet - especially good for being next to our bedroom. It does a great job of both washing and drying.

Our last washer/dryer was a stacked Frigidaire (I didn't know Electrolux made Frigidaire) set. We had them for over 16 years with no issues until the washer quit. We live in an older home and the washer/dryer are on the main level in a closet. The width can only be 27 inches. We're retired and it's just the two of us. We didn't want a lot of bells and whistles and didn't want an apartment size either. I started looking online to see what was out there. Electrolux had what I wanted and with reviews consistently higher than their competitors. I planned to get separate units and a stacking kit. Our salesperson explained that by getting the laundry tower, we'd have one delivery and setup and if we got an extra warranty, we'd only be paying for one. It's the same units I was looking at but all in one. Bonus, all the controls and in the middle (I'm 5 ft). Now to the using the machine. It's taking me some time to understand and figure it out. You know, the older you get, the more you resist change. When you select a cycle, it automatically selects the water temps and spin cycle. So say you are just doing towels and select normal, the spin cycle is at normal, which leaves them pretty wet. The great part though, the does give you options to change that. So if I want a normal wash, I can choose a max spin. I like the sanitize feature, I had some towels that had a funk to them, it's gone. An allergen feature, we have a dog, it worked great on his bedding/blankets. They just feel better. It has a quick wash feature I haven't used yet but know I will, I'm always spilling something down the front of me.Oh, and the capacity, hello in there. Even though it fits in my space, it's huge inside. I washed our king sized comforter.My only downside-I have to remember to select and change options with each load.

We love our new washer and dryer. Exactly what we wanted, however there is not any instructions to take out the bolts before running the machine which made the machine run off and we thought it was broken. After a few days we figured it out but nothing was in the instructions or online about it.

We are thrilled with our new laundry tower. It fits perfectly within our existing cabinetry and does a great job. We can fit so much more laundry into this unit than our old machines and it completes the laundry cycle quickly and completely. I chose Electrolux because of familiarity and I™™m glad I did! I am the woman who does the opposite I don™™t follow trend. I bought an Indian motorcycle instead of Harley! Also glad I did! I had to go to the laundry mat for two year™™s ! We bought a new lake house and I had these picked out and could not wait to use them and they have not disappointed me! I am pleased with the machine so far. The panel is centrally located and very straightforward. Super pleased with this as I am short! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the actually delivery setup was terrible. Not pleased with that piece at all. But once machine was in place, no issues.
