I brought this stove about a month ago or less. I love the 5 burner because it makes cooking easy. I also love that I can preheat the over while Im on my way home. It works well for me.

We purchased the range approximately three weeks ago and we are very happy with the purchase. The range is both functional and modern looking and not complicated to operate. We usually prepared our own pizza and unlike the electric range we had before this gas range heated up much quicker. So far we like our gas range and have no complaints whatsoever.

Stove looks great and like it had great potential once I have all the useable parts
However all looked good and we thought oven racks were underneath the cardboard box of grates. Long story no oven racks and it never came with the propane conversion kit. Multiple calls to LG later and they gave me the wrong propane part #. Going on 4 weeks now they sent me 1 stove grate but still have Not received oven racks I had no oven for Thanksgiving had to buy the conversion kit and still no oven racks 4 weeks and cant use stove

I bought this a few weeks ago the problem I have is getting used to cleaning differently than my old range but I love how the burners cook fast I need to get used to how the pieces go back on after I clean but I will. I do wish it had a space to put my utensils while Im cooking because I do not have a counter that the range slides into . I shopped for an accessory that helps with this but found none

From the first day the display on this new oven did not work. Repair technician has been out twice. Parts were ordered the first time but not correct parts needed. They tried rebooting the mother board guess they were hoping to fix with a bandaid. Waiting for the part to come in. Dont know how many times a technician has to come out before appliance is considered a lemon

I have been trying to work with LG for MONTHS to get my warranty issue taken care of. The burners are not operating properly and have yet to get resolved despite multiple visits and months of waiting. HELP

At the showroom the bottom drawer of this range did not open and close properly. I thought it was just the floor model issue. We got the range delivered and it had the same problem. I keep calling LG to get it repaired and no luck. One technician says a part is missing. Then another technician says it was damaged during delivery. I watched the entire delivery and they did nothing wrong. Im still trying to get this fixed.

The range itself bakes well but the range top burners burner covers were spotted and the burners themselves turned brown around the edges after first use. Not esthetically what I expected.

Purchased with part of a package with new home through builder. Not impressed with this range. No other oven features other than bake. No convection. I will be upgrading to a different range within 12 months-likely high end with more features.

Nice range. Heats fast. My only complaint so far is LG put the electrical box in the middle bottom of the range. My gas pipe is also in the middle so now I need to pay a plumber to move the gas line.

The oven preheats in half the time of my previous gas range. The burners cook meals in no time.
The storage drawer is very flimsy and drags on the floor when pulled out. Easy clean is basic cleaning. I would switch to a self cleaning oven next time.
